After Implement Advanced Management Console Not all Published Applications are shown in the Web Interface. When examining the event viewer you see following errors in the application log:
Event ID0: Your MetaFrame farm does not trust the server. This was reported by the XML Service at address "http://servername:80". [Log ID: cd73e2a]
If using Advanced Access Control, in the Presentation Server Console, open the properties of each server and under XML Service enable the Trust Requests sent to the XML Service option.
