When opening the EMC, you receive an error "Connecting to remote server failed with the following error message : The WinRM client recieved an HTTP server error status (500), but the remote service did not Include any other information about the cause of the failure."
Open IIS7 and go to the Powershell virtual directory below the default website.
Open the Authentication module and make sure that anonymous access is disabled and Windows Integrated Authentication is enabled.
