Citrix Access Gateway; EPA Client does not Install.

This Problem is probably caused by security features.
Example: Mcafee Enterprise 8.5 prohibits the execution of files in the Downloaded Program Files. The EPA client is downloaded to this directory and is blocked from execution by Mcafee.

Solution: Soften the "Maximum Security Policy".
