Exchange 2010 Rollup pack notice

I noticed that "Microsoft.Exchange.Search.ESearch.exe was taking all available CPU resources and chocking the server after installing the rollup pack. The process restarts emidiatly after you kill it, and continiues to run normal for a short time. Eventualy the service will take up all available CPU resources again. After uninstalling the rollup pack the issue seems resolved.
